Traveling with a larger group, use these tips:

  • Book Early (in the peak season, such as summer and school breaks, this means at least a year in advance)

  • Families: Book 2 connecting rooms
    • Remember, there are a limited amount of connecting rooms.
    • Often times 2 connecting balcony rooms are cheaper than a suite.
    • Configure one room to 3 or 4 twin beds, as needed and leave the other for the adults, as a king bed.

  • Inside cabins, are generally cheaper than ocean view, balcony or suite.  Sometimes, you can score a deal where an ocean view or balcony is cheaper.  If you see a balcony cheaper than an inside cabin, do not wait or you might miss out.

  • Inside cabins may be doable on shorter weekend cruises but some people may go stir crazy on longer sailings or bad weather.

  • If you are booking 3 or more rooms, have a travel agent assist you.  This will ensure that you are close together and everyone in your group gets the type of room, they desire.
